Blank Rome Represents Westinghouse Air Brake Technologies Corporation in Its Acquisition of L&M Radiator
A Blank Rome team represented Westinghouse Air Brake Technologies Corporation (NYSE: WAB), a leading global provider of equipment, systems, digital solutions, and value-added services for the freight and transit rail industries, as well as the mining, marine, and industrial markets, in connection with the $230 million acquisition of L&M Radiator, Inc., a Minnesota-based manufacturer of heat transfer products built using innovative technologies, with operations in the United States, Chile, Canada, and Australia. The principal transaction was structured as a stock purchase, accompanied by the acquisition of real estate from affiliates of the sellers. The transaction was announced on June 16, 2023.
