Blank Rome represented Siemens Energy Management Division in the formation of Fluence Energy, LLC, a 50/50 joint venture with The AES Corporation, which will be a global energy storage technology and services company reaching customers in over 160 countries. The Blank Rome team was led by Shaun Snitman and Timothy French, and included, Gary Goldenberg, Dan Blickman, Dan Morgan, and Shaun Bockert. The transaction closed on January 1, 2018.
