A Blank Rome team represented Board.org, an Austin-based company that builds vendor-free, peer-to-peer communities for people leading meaningful change at the world’s biggest companies, in its sale to FiscalNote, a leading technology provider of global policy and market intelligence. The transaction closed on June 10, 2021.
